Making A Purchase
By making a purchase you agree to the terms & conditions as specified below.
Browse our online store at www.winnie-the-poohshop.com. When you see an item that is of interest click on the thumbnail to get more information. Next to each item there is a description of the product. We have tried our best to ensure that all descriptions are accurate at the time of entering that item into the catalogue.
When you, the customer, receive via email, a confirmation of receipt of your order and an order number, this constitutes a contract between us subject to clearance of your payment and availability of stock.
Remittance Terms
No Goods are despatched until paid for in full.
Delivery Schedule
UK ORDERS
Orders received Monday to Friday by 4.00pm are usually sent out the same day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday are usually sent out on Monday. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class. Larger parcels are sent by "APC" couriers on a twenty four hour service. For urgent orders UK customers can choose Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" for guaranteed next day delivery by 1.00pm.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
All overseas orders are sent by "Royal Mail" air mail. All shipments are subject to availability.
Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using secure 128 bit encryption.
Your Credit Card information is stored on secure Servers hosted by Canterbury Web Services. Your credit card information is kept seperate from your personal details and at no time is your credit card information stored on any computer hard drive as plain text.

We guarantee the products are as specified and are fit for the purpose of which they are sold.

Right to Cancel
Under the Distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel our agreement within seven days of the contract beginning (when you receive confirmation of receipt of your order and your order number).
You must confirm in writing that you wish to cancel (you can do this via email).
If you notify us that you wish to cancel before we have shipped your order, we will refund, in full, any charges made to your credit card.
If you cancel your order within seven days of the contract being formed, but after shipment, you will be liable for the shipping cost to you and for the return shipping cost. On receipt of the returned order in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full.
Returns
Items may be returned if faulty. For items that are damaged or faulty we will:
- Offer to replace the item at a cost to ourselves
- Offer a full refund where the first option is not available.
We want our customers to be happy. If you require to return a product that is not faulty, please contact us to obtain a return code and instructions for the return.
We reserve the right to recover delivery costs and merchant service fees inccurred, where returns are not due to a fault in the product.
